Team Keane Sculling School is currently transitioning into its partner charity, Brentford Community Boat House (BCBH), and we are looking for enthusiastic and professional Sessional Rowing Coaches to join our growing team.
This is an exciting time to get involved as we expand our community rowing offer, delivering high-quality after-school and recreational sessions for young people across West London.
About the role:
You will work with children and young people, delivering fun, safe, and engaging rowing sessions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about sport and keen to support the next generation of rowers.
Coaching sessions will be Monday- Friday each week, weekend work may also be available is desired.
Majority of sessions are after school hours between 2-6pm but there are also daytime curriculum sessions available between Monday to Friday.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
- Organised and computer-literate (able to manage schedules and basic administration)
- Confident working with children and young people
- Enthusiastic about rowing and inspiring others to participate
