Shiplake College – Development Rowing Coach

Shiplake College is looking to appoint an enthusiastic rowing coach who is looking for more experience and is keen to work alongside a coaching team with a proven track record of success.

Your drive, ability and infectious enthusiasm will help ensure the continued growth and success of rowing at Shiplake College. By being proactive and delivering a positive programme for Years 9 and 10 you will be contributing to the College’s aim of developing a world class rowing reputation.

Working alongside our Director of Rowing, Assistant Head of Rowing and Boathouse Manager you will be part of the rowing team where alongside rowing you will help with the day-to-day management of our boathouse and multi-activity centre, the Davies Centre, which features a state-of-the-art gym and racks to hold our fleet of 100 rowing boats.

This is a 12-month contract from September 2025 with a salary of £12,500 per annum.
