King’s School Ely – Lead Rowing Coach and Boathouse Manager
The role is a split role with specification including but not limited to;
Lead Rowing Coach
- Oversee a J14 or J15 squad in agreement with Head of Rowing
- Support the J16-18 Rowing Programme alongside the Head of Rowing
- Organise training and racing schedules and communicate with pupils and parents
Boathouse Manager
- Carrying out routine maintenance and refurbishment of KSEBC rowing equipment, boats and coaching equipment.
- Rigging boats as requested by Head of Rowing or coaching team.
- Trailer driving to events as directed by Head of Rowing.
- Liaising with manufacturers/repairers and to transport boats to and from the facilities for major repairs/refurbishment.
