Ibstock Place School – Rowing Coach

We are seeking a part-time Rowing Coach to help shape the future of this programme and guide pupils toward achieving their full potential.

The successful candidate will be a passionate and experienced coach, eager to build and nurture a new rowing programme. The successful appointment responsible for coaching pupils at all levels, providing them with the skills and support they need to excel both in rowing and in their personal development. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the establishment and growth of a high-performance rowing environment.

Job start date – 1 September 2025.

Salary: £24 per hour

Type: Key working hours include from 13:00 - 19:00 during weekdays/ term time. Be available to work and support with race weekends on a regular basis, particularly during the summer term. Be available to support camps during non- term time.
