Dulwich College – Rowing Coach (Part-Time) x 4

Dulwich College is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Rowing Coaches to lead, inspire, and develop our rowing squad. You will play a key role in fostering a passion for rowing, promoting safe practice, and helping our athletes reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coaching and developing individual skills and crew performance
  • Monitor athlete progress and provide regular feedback and
    reports
  • Attend training camps and races as directed by Head of Rowing
  • Maintain accurate records on college systems and assist with
    equipment maintenance
  • Support safeguarding and ensure compliance with British Rowing
    safety and behavioural standards
  • Contribute to other rowing groups and help with PE and Games as
    needed
  • Support the coaching of the Girls Schools: Sydenham High & JAGS

What We’re Looking For

  • British Rowing coaching qualification (preferably UKCC Level 2 or
    equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years junior coaching experience
  • Full, clean driving licence (minibus/boat trailer/launch driving
    experience desirable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, responsible, and safety-conscious
  • Willingness to engage in continuous professional development

Desirable:

  • RYA Level 2 Powerboat License (support provided if needed)
  • Experience with Peach Telemetry
