Challenges

Online challenges are a great way to add variety and focus to your workouts. They also provide an opportunity to connect with a vibrant and active indoor rowing community.

Whether you are a beginner or a rowing pro, there are a wide range of challenges available online. Most have a distance and/or time focus ranging from sprint challenges through to long distance endurance rowing. The formats vary and include live races, relays, leagues or one-off challenges that you sign-up to.

Online Leagues

If you enjoy taking part in challenges and want to participate in them on a regular basis, we recommend joining an online league.

Indoor Rowing Clubs

If you are looking for like-minded indoor rowers to train with or simply want to connect with the indoor rowing community, why not join an indoor rowing club.

There are a mix of online only, those who train remotely but join up for particular events, plus more traditional venue based clubs. Find out more below:
