The GB Rowing Team is the high performance arm of British Rowing. Rowing is the nation’s most continuously successful Olympic sport, having won a gold medal in every Olympic Games since 1984, and has won six Paralympic golds since the sport was introduced to the Paralympic Games programme in 2008.

Lenny Jenkins began rowing with renowned New Zealand coach, Graham Watt and during this period Lenny won 5 national titles with only 5 athletes.
After rowing throughout high school in New Zealand, Lenny the opportunity to row at Yale. And in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic Oxford Brookes offered him the chance to get back onto the water.
Lenny’s senior debut came when he raced the Men’s 4- at the 2021 World Cup III in Sabaudia. His career highlight coming when he won the U23 Men’s 8+ and felt the privilege to bring home the gold for GB.
Embolden by this Lenny aspires to win the Olympic Gold in Paris 2024.
