Senior Coach – Men’s Squad – University of Bristol
The University of Bristol is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Coach to join its boat club coaching team and team of performance coaches
Key Responsibilities
- To support the Head Coach in the design, delivery, and administration of the rowing program.
- Assist in the development of the club, the development of its athletes, and the recruitment of athletes to the program.
- To support the Head Coach in the development and performance of the Men’s Senior Squad with opportunities to work autonomously with Men’s crews and athletes.
- Maintain and develop the club’s standards of behaviour and performance alongside the Head coach and Club Committee.
- Assist the Head coach and Committee in ensuring athletes are compliant with clean sport requirements and best practice.
- Work collaboratively with the University’s performance team, coaching community and support staff to support the professional delivery of rowing within the University environment.

Salary: £31,236 - £35,608
