Sport England Movement Fund
The Sport England Movement Fund is open to all rowing clubs. It offers up to £15,000 for physical activity projects in the community. The focus is on people who face barriers to activity and projects designed to help them join in.

RowWise
Through RowWise, we are proud to introduce a new series of learning modules designed to support a safe, inclusive and enjoyable rowing experience. Module topics include:
Ready to Row?
A comprehensive, and easy-to-understand module for newcomers, covering everything from finding a club and having the right kit, to staying safe and feeling welcome on the water.
Member Behaviour
A foundation module for everyone, outlining the standards of behaviours people are expected to adhere to including individual rights, inclusive practices and creating a respectful environment.
Understanding your Club
Created for clubs to understand what they can expect from British Rowing as an affiliated club, including safety standards, best financial and inclusive practices and key leadership and volunteer roles.
Complaints or Concerns at your Club
This module outlines the collective responsibility for managing feedback professionally, highlighting reporting procedures, key contacts, and the formal disciplinary and escalation processes.
Escalating a Concern or Complaint to British Rowing
This module details the formal escalation process to British Rowing, providing guidance on when to contact the governing body directly, the triage and case management protocols, and the subsequent appeals procedures.
Holding a Committee Position
This module defines the purpose and legal obligations of the club committee, outlining the specific expectations and responsibilities for those currently holding, or interested in, a valued volunteer position.
