A mentor can be a real boost to coach development. Find out more here!

Some of the best rowing coaches are the ones who not only share what they are doing, but also ask for help and support when they face a challenge. Mentoring can happen in a range of formats, from formal one-to-one sessions, to just having someone on the end of the phone to share new ideas. We know that working with a mentor is one of the best ways to develop yourself as a coach!
