Sarah Davies

Home Nations Director

Sarah is a Programme Management Executive in the Aerospace sector and has over a decade of experience in project delivery, bid management, complex programme integration and operations. She holds an MSc in Business Management from the University of Bath.

A keen ambassador for Women in STEM, Sarah volunteers as a guest lecturer on the topics of project and operations management in an engineering environment.

Sarah has been involved in rowing since 2010, coxing in both university and club environments. She represented Wales in both 2014 and 2016.
Sarah has held the role of Non-Executive Director on the Board of Welsh Rowing since 2020. She was elected to the British Rowing board in November 2023.
