Safeguarding Training

Essential workshops for coaches, club welfare officers and others in a role with significant access to, or responsibility for, juniors

British Rowing offers safeguarding courses to raise your awareness of the tell-tale signs of abuse, and gain the tools and confidence needed to deal with any issues sensitively, appropriately, and effectively.

These courses are licensed by UK Coaching and run by British Rowing at a discounted rate to our members.

The course has been awarded two CPD points by the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA). It is a pre-requisite for anyone wanting to complete the Coach qualification.
