To sustain both the growth and development of the sport we are seeking an experienced rowing coach for this full time and permanent role. You will be expected to take a lead role, working alongside other staff and student coaches, to provide a coaching and development programme that will enhance UWE's reputation into a high performance rowing centre.

Henley Rowing Club requires a High Performance Coach to maintain its status as one of the most successful open clubs in the UK.
In recent years Henley Rowing Club has regularly appeared in finals at Henley Royal Regatta winning in 2003, 2005 and 2007, and providing International representation at Junior level.

The club has excellent rowing facilities and is currently improving its land training facilities with the construction of a new gymnasium.

British Rowing has a vacancy within the Club and Coach programme to promote high quality coaching and coach education in West London. 

The aim of this role is to keep rowers in the sport and improve their competitive performance. 

You will need to be a confident and motivated individual, capable of coaching a wide ability range.  You should have the experience required to mentor, train and support coaches within a specific number of clubs in West London.
