St. Catherine's College Boat Club, Cambridge, is looking to appoint a high-calibre, motivated individual to fill the position of Men's Head Coach. The role involves working closely with the men's captain with overall responsibility for the training of the men's first boat, with scope to extend this to lower boats if desired. 

Requirements for the position include a Level 2 coaching qualification, as well as previous experience of sending crews to national events. Knowledge of CUCBC bumps is desired.
