Wallingford Rowing Club is looking for an experienced Lead Junior Coach to manage its junior squad (which ranges from J13-J18), starting in September 2013. They will be supported by an enthusiastic team of volunteers and report to the Head Coach, although there will be scope to shape their own programme and develop the squad under their own initiative. Training times for the juniors are weekday evenings and weekends, so there is no expectation to be available during normal working hours.
