Founded in 1646, Reading Blue Coat School has a long and distinguished history. Set in a beautiful country estate of 46 acres of grounds and woodlands overlooking the River Thames in Sonning, we provide a wonderful working environment.   In recent years the School has expanded to over 740 pupils aged between 11 and 18.

St Neots Rowing Club is a growing club within an expanding town and are looking to develop our coaching team to provide a whole club approach and establish a solid technical foundation for our rowers. We are looking for a part time coach (10 – 15 hrs per week) to help us in this process, willing to coach both adults and juniors and prepared to coach from a launch (with appropriate training). The hours are negotiable but are likely to  include one weekend day and at least one mid week sessions.

We are looking for a full time (part-time might be considered) coach to take day to day responsibility for coaching four schools and club rowers on different days of the week, including weekends.  When not conducting on-the-water or Strength and Conditioning sessions, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing the rowing activities of the club including Adult and Junior Learn to Row courses, sculling workshops, foreign exchanges, rowing camps, guest speaker presentations and coaching courses.  This list is not exhaustive.
