Rowing Coach x 3 – The King’s School Chester
The King’s School Chester is looking 2-3 rowing coaches to lead a squad (J14, J15, J16 Boys, J16 Girls), ensuring sustained competitive excellence, athlete welfare, and long-term program growth.
About the Role
As part of a supportive and aspirational coaching team, you will play a central role in developing crews both on and off the water across our boys’ and girls’ programme (J14, J15, J16 Boys, J16 Girls). This is a fantastic opportunity for coaches who are passionate about developing rowers and keen to progress their coaching within a high-performing environment.
This role would be ideal for an applicant looking to move into coaching or looking to build further coaching experience within an established team.
The ideal candidate will hold a British Rowing Level 2 (or above) coaching qualification but must have proven rowing coaching experience.
Salary: £15,690 per annum ( example for 20 hours ), a full time equivalent salary of £29,027 per annum
Type: Part Time, 8-20 hours per week 2pm to 6.30pm Monday to Thursday and 10am-2.30pm Saturdays – Hours to be discussed at interview
