British Rowing Indoor Championships

The British Rowing Indoor Championships (BRIC), presented by Visit Sarasota County will return on 9 December 2017 at the Lee Valley VeloPark.

The British Rowing Indoor Championships, presented by Visit Sarasota County is open to all ages and abilities, from school year 7 upwards. This unique indoor rowing event brings together elite and recreational rowers in the country for a day of great racing over 500m, 1000m, 2000m, along with relay races too.

Race entries

All competitors at the British Rowing Indoor Championships on 9 December are ask to check their entry to BRIC is correct. You need to make sure you are entered into the correct race category for your age and weight. If it isn’t correct, or you have any queries about your entry please email indoorentries@britishrowing.org before 10.00am on Friday, 1 December.

Tickets for spectators of junior athletes

If your junior athlete was entered as part of a Group Entry as defined in our terms and conditions then the appointed group representative should collect all tickets from the Group Office situated adjacent to the venue main reception area on the ground floor. As Group Entry we have allocated one spectator ticket per five junior competitors in that group for a responsible person, the distribution of these tickets is up to the appointed group representative, no other spectator tickets will be made available.

If a junior competitor entered individually (not as part of a group) and paid the full entry cost then one spectator ticket will be made available per junior competitor. Any further spectator tickets should have been pre-purchased as none will be available on Saturday,  if you have not purchased a spectator ticket in advance please do not travel to the Championships, you will not get in.

 

Volunteering

Volunteering is a great way to gain new skills, experiences and make new friends. From administrators to race officials, our dedicated volunteers help to make our events.

Volunteer recruitment for the 2017 British Rowing Indoor Championships has now closed. However, if you are still interested in volunteering in the sport or at another event, visit the Be a Volunteer page.

 

Media

Any members of the media who wish to attend the event must register in advance by contacting the British Rowing press office.
