Lauren Henry is a former GB junior and under-23 sculler, who stepped up to the senior GB Rowing Team in 2023.
She represented GB as a junior in the double in 2019 and as an under-23 in the quad in 2021 and single sculls in 2022.
After winning the GB April singles trials in 2023, she won a bronze medal in the quad at the European Rowing Championships, her first senior international competition.
