Disciplinary Matters

This Procedure applies to all disputes falling within its scope involving British Rowing Affiliated
Clubs and Regional Rowing Councils.
Complaints
A complaint under the British Rowing Complaints Policy is an expression of dissatisfaction relating to a service, administrative issue, operational matter, or governance issue that British Rowing can reasonably be expected to provide or manage.
The Complaints Policy is intended to provide a route for concerns that do not fall within safeguarding, disciplinary, or other regulatory procedures.
The complaints process is not intended to determine misconduct allegations, safeguarding concerns, or regulatory breaches.
