Men’s Head Coach – Keble College Boat Club, Oxford University

Keble College Boat Club (KCBC) is looking to recruit a Men’s Head Coach. They are looking for a highly experienced head coach, committed to furthering the success of all 3-4 Men’s boats.

KCBC is an inclusive and very well equipped boat club, regularly entering a large number of highly competitive senior and novice boats into Oxford college regattas. The club has a dedicated erg room, weights room, and two boathouses, Boathouse Island and the Godstow boathouse, a quieter stretch of river where the majority of training takes place.

KCBC has a long record of success, with the MI currently 7″ on the river in Summer 8s, and the M2 placed in Division 4, competing against other MI crews and the highest M2 crews.
With high numbers of returning rowers and recruitments each year, KCBC aims to enter 3-4 men’s boats for bumps, and advance the position of all boats across both Summer 8s and Torpids 2027.
Alongside Oxford College regattas, Keble has attended external regattas such as Bedford Amateur Regatta, Henley Fours and Eights Head, and HRR Qualifiers, and would be looking to increase the number of these for the coming year.
