Tobias Schroder is a former Under-23 World Champion, who was selected as a spare for the senior team at the 2023 European Rowing Championships.
He first represented GB as a junior at the 2017 World Rowing Junior Championships, winning bronze in the eight.
Moving up the performance pathway to under-23 level, he came fifth in the four at the 2018 World Rowing Under-23 Championships, before winning in the eight at the 2019 Championships.
Tobias was a member of the winning Oxford crew in the 2021 Boat Race.
