The GB Rowing Team is the high performance arm of British Rowing. Rowing is the nation’s most continuously successful Olympic sport, having won a gold medal in every Olympic Games since 1984, and has won six Paralympic golds since the sport was introduced to the Paralympic Games programme in 2008.

Alex competed in the GB U23 Final Trials 2016. She’s currently training part time with the Paralympic Rowing Team, racing at Gavirate Para Regatta.
Career highlight: Reaching the final of the Ladies Plate with Oxford Brookes at HRR 2018.
Favourite boat: The PR3 mixed 4+! Also very fond of our Molesey Thames Cup 2021 8+!
Career aspiration: Win a Paralympic Gold medal and set a new world record in the process.

If I wasn’t a rower: I may have continued to be a dancer and hopefully improve on our Britain’s Got Talent Semi Final performance! I would also love to one day pursue a career in the Marketing department of an F1 team!
