The Role

As our Office Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your support will be vital in creating a welcoming environment for our team and visitors, handling essential administrative tasks, and contributing directly to the productivity of the entire office. The ideal candidate will be an organised, self-motivated problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a tidy, organised, and professional office environment.
  • Manage the office supplies inventory, including ordering, stocking, and distributing.
  • Coordinate office layouts, moves, and space planning.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.
  • Manage office security, including facilitating access to the office.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Management and triaging of the general office email inboxes and correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, including booking rooms, preparing materials, and organising food.
  • Maintain filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining databases.
  • Processing of staff documentation, contracts and other paperwork.
  • Assistance with recruitment, and other HR processes.
  • Support committee with meeting scheduling and minute taking
  • Support and organisation of BR-hosted events

Desirable

Additional Information

The hours for the role will be split between 8:30-16:30 / 9:30-17:30 to ensure someone is always available for opening and closing.
