Olympic High Performance Coach // Women's Squad
Helen is high performance coach for the women's squad.
Her coaching journey began through the Henley Stewards’ Charitable Trust Coaching Scholarship scheme before leading successful programmes at Molesey Boat Club and Hampton School. These programmes consistently produced athletes for GB’s U19 and U23 teams, with many progressing to senior and Olympic levels.
She has been part of the GBRT U19 coaching team since 2014, coaching crews at the World Rowing U19 Championships, Coupe de la Jeunesse, and the Youth Olympic Games. Most recently, she coached the U19 W4– and W2x to silver medals in 2023 and 2024 respectively.
