Will Fletcher
Will was selected in the lightweight quad for the 2009 World U23 Championships, where he won a bronze medal.
He took up rowing because both of his sisters had rowed and enjoyed the sport. One of his sisters, Frances has represented GB at U23 level too.
His main hobby outside of rowing is football, which is one of the sports he competed at before he took up rowing.
