Trials
This page contains information on the GB Rowing Team Trials system for Seniors, Under 23s, Para-Rowing and Juniors.
Specific information for each Assessment/Trial will be linked to the relevant date below as it is published. This will include the required Entry Criteria, Registration details and a provisional Schedule.
Any rower unable to compete at a compulsory Assessment or Trial must submit a medical note to the GB Rowing Team Office within 4 days of the event to ensure they remain eligible for selection.
Kit for Lightweight Weighing-In
All lightweight selection candidates should note that for the Weigh In at all GB Rowing Team Trials and Assessments, including internal GB Rowing Team squad tests, rowers are required to wear a club or GB all-in-one as a minimum.

Sat 24 & Sun 25 November 2012 2km Ergo Test on Sat 24 Nov in Boston went ahead as planned.
5km Water Assessment on Sun 25 Nov was CANCELLED due to forecast of strong winds and rain.
All rowers entered were still required to be in Boston for the Ergo Test, Saturday 24 November 2012.
