The get-together is aimed at coaches of all kinds of sliding seat rowing.

Contact time between and among the WAGS Coaching Committee and the coaches in WAGS.
Build the network.
Find out what coaches need from the committee.
Raise awareness of BR Coach Education and WAGS annual programme.
Facilitate discussions around types of rowing (recreational, beginner, intermediate/club, performance, masters, juniors).
