This is the 6th biannual Conference brought to you by the ERRC. The Conference is open to all levels of existing and potential rowing coaches in the Eastern Region.
The conference is part of the Regional Mentoring Scheme which aims to support the development of all coaches.
It is a chance to network, share ideas and good practice that you can take back to your club.
