Talent Pathways

British Rowing is keen to encourage its clubs to support rowers wanting to improve their performance and who aspire to represent their country at international level.

There are many ways in which you can support your rowers, perhaps the most important of these is through supporting your coaches to acquire British Rowing coaching qualifications and to attend seminars and conferences to develop their coaching skills.

Rowing & Regatta magazine contains a substantial feature called Row Better with advice and tips from some of our top coaches which will be really useful for both coaches and rowers. We also have an archive of Rowing & Regatta articles available to our members on RowHow.

Information about GB Trials, Assessment dates and general information about the GB Rowing Team is available on our website.

For information about how athletes will be supported through the England Talent Pathways, see Page 42 of the Strategic Plan.
