Rowing Coach – Warrington Youth Rowing

Are you a coach who is passionate about changing the lives of young people in your community, and ready to take on a new challenge? In partnership with Warrington Youth Rowing, British Rowing is looking for an outstanding coach to further embed rowing into school partnerships in the area, working specifically with pupil premium pupils.

First and foremost, we want people who really understand the local community and the challenges young people are facing. You will need to be an experienced coach, but we will mentor and guide you to understand the role so you can deliver in a challenging but exciting role.

The role provides the opportunity to work across other Youth Rowing programmes in the North West region, along with a broader range of British Rowing programmes. You will be supported to develop your knowledge of coaching, to be able to deliver great experiences through schools, and at the rowing club. You will be instrumental in helping us change the face of rowing to truly make it Everyone’s Sport as outlined in our Strategic Vision.
