Latymer Upper School Boat Club – Head of Rowing

As our new Head of Rowing, you will be responsible for ensuring an environment that enables the School to continue to be one of the top British rowing schools by reference to results in the Schools’ Head of the River, National Schools’ Regatta, Women’s Henley, Henley Royal and Junior International representation.

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate leadership, vision, and technical ability. You will develop both individuals and crews to the highest level across the Latymer Upper School Boat Club which places pastoral support at the centre of its coaching.
