Kingston Grammar School – Assistant Rowing Coach & Boatman

The school has an impressive fleet of boats and a long history of success at both boys’ and girls’ levels as well as producing top internationals.

We are looking to recruit an excellent Assistant Rowing Coach & Boatman to join our successful Rowing department.

This role is offered on a fixed term contract until the end of this academic year (31st July 2023). The hours of work are as follows: 30 hours per week (including Saturdays):
Boatman: 16 hours on weekdays to include race days by agreement with the Director of Rowing.

Rowing Coach: Saturday 5 hours, Monday 2 hours (1600 – 1800), and one other after school session to be agreed.

Admin assistance: 5 hours to be agreed with the Director of Rowing

Salary: £20,000 – £30,000 FTE (pro-rated), dependant on skills & experience.
