Qualification for World Rowing Indoor Championships 2021

The World Rowing Indoor Championships (WRICH) are held annually near the end of February, and in 2021 will be held virtually.

To qualify for WRICH, there are two qualification pathways – Open Qualification and Continental Qualification. We’re delighted that the LIVE racing weekend of BRIC Online will act as the European Continental Qualifier for the 2021 World Rowing Indoor Championships! For full details on eligibility and qualification, please see World Rowing’s website and their Competitor Information Guide. For a list of which race categories are included in the Continental Qualifier, please see point 6 of our event T&Cs here.

European Rowing Indoor Championships

Results from the LIVE racing weekend will also be assessed by the European Rowing Board after the event and used to crown the 2021 European Rowing Indoor Champions. Any competitors who opt-in to the Continental Qualifier will also be eligible to win the European Rowing Indoor Championships 2021 (ERICH) – for a list of which race categories are included in ERICH, please see point 8 of our event T&Cs here.

Safeguarding

The Organising Committee of BRIC Online recognises their duty of care to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to provide a safe environment for all those involved in the event in whatever capacity.

In order to achieve this, please read the BRIC Online Welfare Policy Statement and complete this form if you have any concerns/issues, accidents or incidents – no matter how trivial they may appear.
