Intro
Sam discovered his passion for rowing around age 16 and started his rowing journey at London Youth Rowing.
After winning a local indoor rowing competition at school, he was drawn to the sport by its unique combination of physical strength, mental endurance, and teamwork.
As a result of his hard work over the years, he has claimed numerous titles and accolades, including six Henley Royal Regatta wins and becoming World Champion in 2022.
