Intro
Rory Gibbs is a four-times European Champion and current World Champion who competed at the Tokyo Olympic Games.
He made his debut for the GB Rowing Team at the U23 World Championships in 2015 and 2016.
Since first being selected for the senior team in 2019, he has won four European Championships gold medals – in the men’s coxless four in 2019 and 2021, and in the men’s eight in 2022 and 2023. He raced in the coxless four at the Tokyo Olympic Games, finishing fourth.
Rory became World Champion in the men’s eight in 2022.
