After an exceptional start to her international coxing career, Anna is hoping to continue her success throughout the Tokyo Olympiad.
Anna and her crew of James Fox, Ollie Stanhope, Giedre Rakauskaite and Grace Clough won an emphatic gold at the 2017 World Rowing Championships in Sarasota, finishing 23 seconds clear of the USA in silver medal position.
Anna started rowing at St Catherine’s college Oxford in 2013, before learning to cox in 2014. In 2015 Anna joined the Oxford University Women’s Lightweight Rowing Club coxing the reserve crew that year. In 2016 Anna coxed the lightweight boat race to a win over Cambridge before graduating with a degree in English Language and Literature.

Since graduating Anna has coxed for Molesey Boat Club alongside her law studies in preparation for taking up a role as a trainee with White & Case LLP. Away from rowing Anna enjoys dancing having a background in performing arts.
