October November Rowing & Regatta magazine on indoor rowing out 3 November

Look out for our special indoor rowing edition of Rowing & Regatta magazine from tomorrow, Friday 3 November

The October November Rowing & Regatta magazine is out on Friday, 3 November, in print and digital formats.

If your sights are set on the British Rowing Indoor Championships, presented by Visit Sarasota County (BRIC) coming up on Saturday, 9 December, then this is the edition for you!

Don’t miss James Bailey’s top tips for improving your indoor rowing technique. Founder of the Q-Power Indoor Rowing Team, Bailey provides a reminder of the basics, plus a few less obvious tips that you won’t want to miss.

Plus, we ask winners from last year’s BRIC for their tips on smashing it on the machine.

If you haven’t entered BRIC yet then why not do it now. With different age categories, different distances and fun relays, there really is something for everyone. Plus, make sure you bag spectator tickets for your friends and family to watch you race before they sell out.

Also in the magazine, we hear from nutritionist Jacqueline Birtwisle who suggests four easy recipes to help fuel you for before and after your training sessions, explaining why each one is good for you.

We also feature 12 different rowing machines, showcasing what the different machines can offer you.

But it’s not all about indoor rowing. Find out which standout crews caught Martin Cross’s eye in our World Rowing Championships report and discover how perceptual intelligence can help maximise your performance on the water or indoors.

All this, and more. Don’t miss the October November issue – it’s free to all British Rowing members.

Rowing & Regatta digital is available to download on Friday, 3 November while the print edition is on its way to British Rowing members. Find out how to subscribe to our digital edition here.

Without our members, we wouldn't be able to provide the guidance, support and emergency funding that we have been able to during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please consider continuing to support our sport by renewing or purchasing your British Rowing membership today.
