Free Support Evening for Lincolnshire sports clubs

Rowing clubs in North Lincolnshire are being invited to attend a free club support evening next month, organised by the Lincolnshire Sports Partnership.

Coaches, volunteers, secretaries, treasurers, chairs and participants from sports clubs in North Kesteven, Lincoln, East Lindsey and West Lindsey are being encouraged to attend the event on Monday 4th March.

With guest speakers, a number of break-out workshops, an evening buffet and a chance to talk to Lincolnshire Sports Partnership about needs in your area, the evening is set to be a huge success.

Jamie Carter will start the evening with a keynote speech about his experiences in sport and about being part of the GB Paralympic Team at the London 2012 Games. 

Attendees will have the opportunity to attend two of four 30 minute workshops:

• Sport and the Law
• Commercialism
• Satellite clubs / Engaging with schools
• Coaching and volunteering

The evening will take place on March 4th, from 6.30 – 9.30pm at the Market Rasen Racecourse, Legsby Road, Market Rasen, LN8 3EA. A free buffet will be provided for all attendees, starting at 6pm.

The deadline to book onto this free evening is Wednesday 27th February 2013.
