British Rowing Team Leader (Thames – London)
British Rowing has a vacancy for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Coaching and Development Team.Your responsibilities will include supporting clubs and volunteers, and working to develop partnerships with a range of regional and local agencies to increase participation in rowing, and to deliver our Whole Sport Plan targets.
You will have excellent interpersonal, time management, leadership and delegation skills, and experience of working with a wide range of professional staff and volunteers. Ideally, you will have a background in sports development and have coaching qualifi cations. You will need to have a good knowledge of British Rowing programmes.
Applicants must be prepared to live in the London area.
