British Rowing has been awarded funding from Sport England via the Skills Active’s Coaching Investment Programme (CIP).

The funding can be applied for retrospectively and will mean a saving of 66% on the UKCC Level 2 course cost.  It is only available for L2 candidates who meet the criteria below;

• those who have attended, or will attend, a course between October 2010 and March 2011
• those who have not received funding from another source
• those who will be coaching in English clubs (as Scotland and Wales receive their own funding)
• those who complete the application on-line by 12th March 2011 (details below)

The funding is very limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
