After a day of mixed weather at the National Water Sports Centre, the day concluded with the finals of the J14 and J15 events.  Full results are available on the Nat Champs Live Result Service and will also be available soon on the main Nat Champs page.

Another highlight of the day came when this year's winners of the Volunteer of the Year award were presented with their awards by ARA Chairman, Di Ellis CBE.  The service that all these volunteers have provided to their clubs and to the sport of the rowing was truly inspiring.  A full report on these awards will appear in this month's Rowing & Regatta magazine.

So as the crews outside practice for tomorrow finals, what will tomorrow bring?  A little less wind would be nice but I'm sure that this won't be the one thing on the finalist's minds tomorrow.
