Outstanding Affiliation Fees and Water Safety Audits

The following clubs have been suspended from racing.

The list is active and clubs will be allowed to race as soon as they submit their water safety audit or pay the affiliation fee

Affiliation Fees - please contact Irene Townsend as soon as possible to organise payment

Water Safety Audits - please submit your audit to the appropriate Regional Water Safety Adviser and audit@britishrowing.org

Olympic Rower Annie Vernon Becomes ShelterBox Patron

ShelterBox is pleased to announce that Olympic rower Annie Vernon has become one of the charity’s patrons.

Annie, who won silver in the 2008 Beijing Olympics, was approached by the Founder and CEO of ShelterBox Tom Henderson to support the charity’s work.

Xchanging Boat Race 2010

The 2010 Xchanging Boat Race on Saturday 3 April – the 156th Race in the series between Oxford and Cambridge Universities – will see 14 of the 18 oarsmen making their first appearance in the Race.

Active Kids 2010

This year, Sainsbury’s Active Kids is giving Clubmark accredited clubs the opportunity to take part in, and benefit from the Active Kids scheme - a scheme which helps teachers, leaders and coaches inspire and motivate young people to get active and be healthier by providing equipment and unique experiences for them to enjoy.
