Volunteer Rowing Coach (Maldives)

Maldives Rowing is looking for an enthusiastic, self starting rowing coach who would like the opportunity of a lifetime to set up and run a community rowing club in the Maldives.

Experience of working with children and young people is essential and working or living in a different country is highly desired.

The successful coach will be living and working within a community in the Maldives (full food and board provided), engaging them in rowing and sport in general.

Temporary Rowing Coach

Manchester University seek an experienced coach to help their men’s VIII prepare for Henley Royal Regatta.

Time required would be in the region of 20 hours between 4-16th June; all sessions will take place in Manchester and times are negotiable.

Part Time Rowing Coach

The Lady Eleanor Holles School, Hampton Middlesex, is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced part time rowing coach for September 2012. Coaching duties will include training a squad of rowers on and off the river, applicable to the relevant experience and character of the successful applicant.

Hours of work include at least three after school sessions during the week plus sessions on Saturdays and Sundays. Additional hours in the form of rowing camps, heads and regatta races will also be required. Pay is competitive for a part time rowing coaching position.

A-Level Lecturer (and Rowing Coaching Support)

Hartpury College, a GB Rowing 'Start' centre, is seeking to appoint high-calibre teaching staff for the following posts:

Assistant Rowing Coach (Christchurch, New Zealand)

Christchurch Girls High School Rowing Club, New Zealand, seeks an assistant coach for the 2012/13 season.

The school has had a rowing programme since 1999, and is looking for an assistant coach as the number of girls rowing is expected to increase to over 50.

The successful applicant will be highly motivated and passionate about rowing, with effective and appropriate coaching methods for a wide ability range.
