Jo Cook

Jo is selected in the women's eight for the 2009 World Championships in Poznan.

She has represented GB at World Junior and U23 level and has competed at the European Rowing Championships for the last 2 years in the women's eight, winning silver and bronze medals.

She has won the Remenham Cup at Henley Royal 3 times and has won Women's Henley 7 times.

Jo has an identical twin sister who rowed with her at the Junior World Championships in 2000.

She is a London girl at heart and loves experiencing everything the city has to offer.
