Rosamund Bradbury
At the 2011 European Rowing Championships in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, Rosamund raced in the Women's eight, finishing 4th.
Rosamund raced in the women's single scull at the 2010 World Rowing U23 Championships in Brest, Belarus finishing in 11th place. She then went with the British Team to the World Rowing Championships on Lake Karapiro, New Zealand, as a spare.
Having learnt to row at Thames Rowing Club, she first represented Great Britain in the double at the 2008 World U23 Championships, finishing a creditable 4th.
Although an U23 Rosamund won a place in the senior women's quad for the 2009 season, racing in the senior women's quad at the 2009 World Championships in Poznan where she finished 5th. She had won silver with the quad at the Munich World Cup and was placed 5th in Lucerne. Rosamund also raced in the women's double in Lucerne with Anna Watkins (nee Bebbington), substituting for Annabel Vernon in the final, where they came 7th.
She graduated in 2009 in Mathematics from Jesus College, Cambridge University. In her spare time she plays the clarinet and piano and enjoys playing squash.
