If you are interested in organising a coaching course in your area your first port of call should be either your local British Rowing Participation Development Team Leader or the Club and Coach Programme Co-ordinator, based at British Rowing's office in Bedford.

They will be able to give you more information on what is required and how to go about setting up a course.
