Entries for the Women’s Eights Head of the River (WEHoRR) close next Friday (February 10), leaving one week left for crews to submit their entries via British Rowing Online Entry.
WEHoRR entries are set to close earlier than usual this year, with organisers are expecting a flurry of late entries this weekend.
The annual event for women’s eight crews has been held on the River Thames since 1927, and follows the 4.25 Championship Course between Mortlake and Putney – mirroring the men’s route.
This year’s race will see up to 315 crews take to the Tideway on March 3, with pennants on offer in senior, junior, and masters categories.
